Healing Touch Therapy
Healing touch therapy is an energy therapy that helps to relieve pain, enhances mental and spiritual well being. It includes gentle touch on joints and the seven major chakras. Heidi uses aromatherapy if desired to enhance treatment. Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils during a treatment.
Parenting Program
Group Parenting Class
In addition to healing touch, Heidi offers a 8 week session group parenting course. Heidi has been teaching parenting classes since 2014. She is certified in the Circle of Security International curriculum. This course is designed for parents, grandparents, and child care providers. This is for caregivers of infants 0-12 years old.
What is Circle of Security Parenting?
Circle of Security Parenting is a different approach to the typical parenting class. This class offers a new perspective of observing the natural cycle of children seeking authentic connection with caregivers. This 8 week course has been a life changing force with Heidi re-parenting her own children.
About Heidi
Heidi is a Womens Health nurse practitioner with over 30 years of experience. She has always had a strong desire to serve and heal those in need. Healing touch therapy has been the answer for Heidi's own mental and spiritual health. She now offers this therapy for others in her studio located in the heart of Minneapolis. Minneapolis has been home for Heidi for nearly 40 years. She has also worked with aromatherapy for 10 years and provides essential oil consultation. She is a wife and a proud mom of 3 beautiful adult children. She enjoys gardening and dancing in her time off.
